Guidelines for Paper Submission

1. The word limit for the final paper is between 3,500–5,000 words, excluding references.
2. Authors must clearly mention the following details in the final paper:
   1. A clear and concise title.
   2. Author's and co-authors' names.
   3. Author(s) affiliation and designation.
3. All final papers must be submitted by 10 August 2026, 11:59pm IST.
4. Please format your paper according to MLA latest edition guidelines. You are free to use your own resources to access MLA guidelines. Examples of resources outlining MLA guidelines include Purdue OWL and the library guide of McGill University.
5. As per the MLA guidelines please ensure:
   • The paper should have 1-inch margins on all sides.
   • The font should be Times New Roman, sized at 12 points.
   • All text must be double-spaced.
   • The first line of every paragraph should be indented 0.5 inches.
   • All pages must be clearly numbered.
6. A methodology must be clearly defined.
7. Author(s) must propose coherent hypotheses or arguments.
8. Evidence backing the hypothesis or argument must be articulated legibly in a systematic manner.
9. All materials, whether primary or secondary, should be properly sourced.
10. All audio-visual material must be made readily available and properly sourced.
11. Given the conditions of publishers, submitting the paper in English is mandatory. However, you may present your paper in any of the following languages — English, Spanish, Hindi, French, Russian, Mandarin, and German.
12. Plagiarism and use of A.I. will be strictly monitored via detection software. Accordingly, you have an allowance of 15% for plagiarism and 20% for use of A.I. Any paper exceeding these margins will be unconditionally rejected.
13. All final papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word format only.
14. Please ensure to keep to the guidelines.
